Alex's first field trip...

Alex went on his first field trip today...Madi asked him when she brought the permission slip home if he would go with her and last night she was working on getting him in for lunch before they went today. Their trip wasn't very long or very far...I can't wait until he has to ride the bus with kids that never stop talking, asking questions, and bouncing around. Madi was excited that Alex went with her...she told me she greeted him with "50 kisses."

In two weeks, I get to return to Abbott's Mill for the 3rd time....

We just ordered Alex's Father's Day present....4 tix for the Phillies vs. Angels game on June 21st. Yes he knows...I wanted to know where he wanted to sit.

We have the kids this w/e and next weekend. Then we get them 2 weeks in June 16-29, then I guess we will arrange the other 2 weeks on 2 weeks off in the summer....that shoud be interesting.

We received another newsletter out here in our development....so don't bring your dogs and let 'em run loose, pick up your pets litter, sweep up the grass clippings, no business vehicles in driveways unless they are performing a service...the tennis courts did get a facelift and new nets, new playground equipment, oh my fav...cheese and wine tasting...May 16th...I'm there!!! There are other activities, men/wmn's poker, bridge, exercisem ManJongg, Social Club...whatever that is...Craftyladies, Lions Club, Legion Line Dancing??? Oh and there was suppose to be a yard sale in the Spring....I haven't heard any more about that...The directory is alphabetized and also by street....wow...my kinda people!!!! Cross-reference everything!!! ha ha I'm sad...hee hee

Top pic is from a few week-ends ago...Madi and I played tennis then I took Jake down...we need to practice....Madi made me run home b/c yes I have gained 10 lbs since the wedding and she has noticed and it must be bothering her....we all enjoyed laughing at each other and at our lack of skills.....ttfn
